A very quick post today because I start work in about 10 minutes!
Yesterday was lovely, the sun came out, the birds were singing and there was a real feeling of spring in the air.
As a result of this my family actually got their bodies moving and decided to go for a family walk. We used to do them every day, but to be honest I'm so bored of all the walks around us now it's very hard to get motivated.
I was amazed by the amount of bodies out and about - haven't seen so many since this time last year. In fact where we went for a walk I've never seen so many people, there are usually about 6 people walking around. Yesterday there were about 100 (I know that's not many if you live in London and go to the parks there - but this is an area forgotten by time!).
As our walk took us to the sea road there were clumps of people walking along the clifftop path and more cars than I've seen on the road for a very long time. I took a photo to illustrate this - the sun was shining and I couldn't actually see the picture I took. As you can see from the photo with this blog my photograph demonstrates absolutely none of this. Miraculously I managed to take a photograph of the one bit of the sea road with absolutely nothing on it.
What can you do.
Anyway, I'm feeling quite positive and perky today - Bumbling Boris is going to lay out his 'out of lockdown' plan this evening. Doubtless this will put me back in a bad mood - so I thought I'd just make a quick post whilst I still felt quite upbeat.
If anybody wants me to become their chief photographer - let me know. I'm open for weddings, parties and religious holidays! If you're lucky and invite me to photograph your wedding you can have my special approach - the one where there are no photographs of the bride or groom, but some lovely photographs of the sky.
