Goodbye

 

I wanted to write a special post rather than include this in my usual rambling. 

Yesterday, I'm sad to say that somebody special to me passed away. 

In many ways it was a blessing because it happened quickly. She felt ill at the beginning of the year; had a cancer diagnosis;  was operated on and started to feel better; then about 30 days ago started to feel ill. Within a few weeks was in a hospice and yesterday she passed.

It was something of a surprise as although she is much older than me, she always looked about 20 years younger and behaved the same way too. I also think I'm very used to people having health scares and coming out the other side.

And so Sue my thoughts and wishes are with you. I hope you find David quickly and you can be together again. Please send him my love.
