So much happening at once

What a week. I've only just realised I didn't post.

I am working towards a qualification at the moment, this means any second I'm not working I'm studying and writing papers. It's making concentration at work difficult and there's a lot happening there so full concentration is required.

I just purchased the sign in the image - for motivation. Which probably helps you understand the frame of mind I'm in.

That said, I stumbled across a quote this week that was utterly inspiring. I think I'm late to the show on this one as it seems it is used for breast cancer awareness.

"They whispered to her 'you cannot withstand the storm' she whispered back 'I am the storm'.

Looking online I am not sure that's the original quote, I think it was 'to the warrior', but I'm going to take 'her' because that's just fab.

So why is a lot happening at once. Let's just take a look at this week:

  • Studying for qualification (whenever I can)
  • Work Monday-Friday - Minimum 7.5 hour day
  • Monday-Sunday - feed family
  • Dog walking Monday-Sunday
  • Tuesday evening pick up son from D&D
  • Tuesday deliver coaching session
  • Tuesday Autoglass turning up to squirt glass into windscreen
  • Tuesday - deliver 250 local magazines to support son in his job
  • Thursday - Finish work and take son back to school to watch presentation on up-coming school trip
  • Thursday - next batch of magazines for son's job turning up, need to sit with son to sort these out with leaflets
  • Thursday - clean house if cleaner doesn't turn up (she usually doesn't)
  • Friday - after work deliver 250 local magazines
On top of that I need to contact doctor for me, but I know what will take precedence is the fact dog needs to go back to vet to get her leg looked at after a visit last week.

The only thing is I've been trying to find time to set a doctors appointment to talk about HRT for over a year now. It just never makes it to the top of the list.

Anyway, gagggggggggggggggggggggggggggggghhhh - On a positive note it's not that my family sit around and do nothing (well not all the time anyway). Husband's list is different, but about as frantic.

Wish me luck.
