Springy

As if by magic we hit the first of March and the sun came out at long last. It's absolutely lovely outside.

Yesterday I looked to my left and there in the back garden was a fox curled up sunning itself. As soon as I got my camera out it spotted me. It then got up - stretched - went and ate some of my dog's poo that hadn't been picked up - and headed off on its way. It could have been a more romantic scenario, but never mind.

It's going to be one of those posts that I write over a few days - so tenses are going to be all over the place. However, I just wanted to mention the fox and what's literally just happened, they are things I will have potentially forgotten by Monday.

I've mentioned before that my house is somewhat odd and on multiple levels. Each level has either 1 or 6 steps between it and overall, rather than being 2 storeys high it's sort of 3 stories high, though at the front of the house it's 2 storeys and at the back of the house it's 2 storeys.

Just now I was on the loo, I had closed the door, but the dog nosed it open. There on the patio, which is about 20 feet from the loo (and down 6 steps) was the window cleaner merrily cleaning the patio windows. I was full flow (TMI) and so unable to do anything apart from smile becomingly! Hey ho.

Friday started in a very irritating fashion. 2 texts from my doctors surgery (who even texts these days!). First text gave link to manage son's appointment to have bloods taken on Monday morning. So I clicked link and now I think I've cancelled appointment. FFS - if that is what the link is for don't use the word manage - say link to cancel appointment. I'm furious we've waited 3 months for this appointment.

Second said after bloods taken make an appointment with Dr, but doesn't say when. Is it directly after the bloods on Monday or is it a week or 2 later after results are back.

You'd think that with something as important as medical stuff they'd switch their brains on and actually provide the detail required. Of course you can't ring them any more - you have to fill in a form - and when you fill in the form say whether you want them to text or call. Clearly they are not competent at providing information on Text and how can I accept a call when I'm starting work.

F*CKING HELL (as I say - I'm irritated)

I shall finish my post on my phone so excuse the typing. On Saturday we met with some old friends. They spend half there time in Crete and half in Lewes. Sadly we didn't whizz to Crete but we did visit them in Lewes and went out for a Thai.

So that's it for this week. We will catch up next week again.
